Windshield Wipers Don't Work

Windshield wipers don't work and it's not the fuses. Fuses are okay. Could it be I need a new wiper motor?

Also, the A/C and heat do not work as well. No air blows out and I don't hear the compressor kicking on. For the A/C, could the freon be empty?

Thanks.

For the air problem, does the blower motor work on high and no other setting? If so, it's the blower motor resistor. About a $40 part, and ridiculously easy to replace.

maybe u have a bad relay and not a bad fuse?
check the wiper control by the passenger relays.

btw: it wouldnt be the motor resistor b/c even at speed 1, 2, 3, the a/c compressor would still kick in. i had the same issue before i changed my resistor.
it may actually be a leak or the compressor is shot.

For the wiper blades, do you hear the motor running? If you do, you probably screwed up the linkage!

A/C compressor does not kick in on any setting (digital climate control). I can turn on the A/C or the heat, put the fan on settings 1, 2, 3 or 4 but no air blows out of the vents and I don't hear anything kicking on.

For the windshield wipers, no engine running.

When you say no engine running, do you mean your car's engine???
I'm talking about the wiper motor.

No. I'm talking about the wiper motor. I don't hear anything from the wiper motor when I turn the wipers on.

Check fuse/relay, connection to motor.
