Cluster Needles Sticking; Need Help!!!asap

MY buddy and i were working on my gauge cluster yesterday to put those glow gauges on, everything worked out great except for the RPM one. After putting everything back together, i took it for a test drive and found out that the TEMP. NEEDLE wont go over the first 1/4, RPM needle does work but shows little lower rpms i mean when idling it showed 400, and the gas needle feels a little heavy. I can fix the speed one but need some help fixing the other ones.
SO JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP!

Seems as though you did not put it back in properly. I would take them out and give it another shot.

How did you remove the needles and put them back in? Pull or twist?

a little bit of both but mostly pull, when i pulled the rpm one it came out with the pin that goes into a little motor.

Ah, christ...you might have ruined the servo.

The only thing you can do is remove them and try again.

i tried it again, had to take it apart. Took it for a test drive every thing works fine now but the needles on RPM and TEMP gauges still feel a little heavy, I mean when i turn it off they go down real slowly. SO is there any thing else or just leave em as they are. and one more thing, when i turned it off the rpm one stopped at about 200-300 rpm but as soon as i turned the key to ON it went back to where it should be..
