NISMO Exhuast Hangers??
Hey, I just bought a CATTMAN Stanless Cat back, and a WARPSPEED Y pipe. From the instructions provided from CATTMAN he says i should get new hangers for my exhuast. Walker Hangers, He also recommends NISMO, but are more pricy....
Does anyone have the part numbers for the NISMO hangers???? Do I need any hangers for the Y pipe? I have never done exhuast and I am very green. The parts came with gaskets and a few bolts, is there anything else I will need besides these hangers to make things work on saturday??? Any tips for installing this exhuast???? Is it easier to put the Cat back together on the ground, then install it on the car? I am going to be installing the system in a garage with a hoist (spelling). The most important information I need is NISMO hanger part numbers and any other parts that I will Need. Thanks |
No one has any comments what so ever???? No tips? Suggestions???? Anything would be nice. :)

I tried to find these "nismo" hangers, they are supposedly more stiff then stock. But I have not found shiet. People just tell me to use hose clamps on the stock hangers to make them more tight. So that is what I will tell to you.

here's a link to the nismo exhaust hangers..
http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...de=20651-NISMO i replaced all my exhaust hangers with these, since the stock ones sag too much and made my exhaust hit my sfc's. Also dont use hose clamps over the exhaust hangers, after a while they will be come undone. |

Thanks for your replies. |

Use a hose clamp to 'stiffen' them up. :faint: :rotz:

I got them from thrifty muffler in the city I live in. (Canada) They came to $24 CAN for the 4 of them total. I do not have any pictures, (I could make one) but they look just like the NISMO ones provided in the link somewheres above. I got 3 of one kind and 1 of the other. (not sure where they go at this point, but I will figure that out when I go to install everything this saturday.) Wish me luck! |
