Yeah, I'd use the ISF as the headlight for sure. Post pics of your projectors before the install, and after.

Are you guys ordering them off of ebay? Which seller? I just bought mine from optionracing. They have a pretty high positive score but their response to e-mails and messages take a day or two..so I would say average communication.

Yes, ebay. Seller is irrelevant. Just go for the one with the best feedback rating and best price.

Should be lots of threads on how to retrofit a projector into headlights.
The search function is available at your disposal.

Those would be great if all you want to do is blind everyone on the road in front of you. Only way to add HID's to these is to do a projector retrofit, otherwise your just going to be a hazard on the road.

I have the r34s with 8k 50w HID kit...I'm actually cool with the light output. No its not as crisp as projectors but its 10 times better than the stock 9004...imo. I havn't been flashed once by oncoming traffic. I drove behind my girlfriend to get her to tell me if I was blinding her. Only thing she noticed was the color and that I was lighting up the road for her as well. $180 or so for lights + $145 for kit. $325 is all I can see myself spending on lights for my 4th gen max. Don't get me wrong...I love my baby and I'm not knocking anyone. I would love to see this mod on my car. But if your simply looking for better output than stock, go with the HID kit.

From what I understand...50w gives you better light output for HIDs...which is what I have. Not sure how the 35w would do in this set from the talk around the org. That's why I went with the 50w. Most members just don't like the light output or cut off of the r34's. My cut isn't horrible, could be better though. But I'm very happy with the light output. Go for what you know. Only you have to be happy with it.

got mine from ebay and like stated earlier seller doesn't matter as long as they have good feedback. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone unless they are retroing projectors in to them. But to each there own

I know i'm posting on an old thread you can complain all you want but i have the r34 headlights mounted without the brackets, just the screws. Yes i'm retarded but theyve stayed in place for over 6 months. Can someone explain to me where the brackets go on the 95 maxima with possibly some pictures? don't even tell me "don't repost on an old thread" because i don't care i want my max lookin' good and i trust the members here. thanks

The mother of all R34 threads has been revived. Woot!

Anyway, the new brackets attaches to where the OEM corners used to attach to. There is a piece of metal that runs vertically and has two threaded holes. Can't miss it.

Another approach you could take is to see where the two holes are on the R34 headlight (near the corner), then visualize where they'd go on the car.

Still need a pic??

I love 4 light systems, always have! That's a quality looking part and the fitment looks pretty good... pick up your foglights some, your got a huge void between the foglight and the headlight illuminations.
