Sunroof Needs Repair

Hey- My sunroof quit on me a few weeks ago. First it refused to close forward, but a little elbow grease got it closed. A week goes by and I opened the roof again. Needless to say it never went back properly. Now the back of the sunroof sags and is impossible to push up to it's previous position. The how-to on vqpower.com is gone for now... anybody have it or know what I'll need to do?

Thanks

Looks like a good plan. 280k miles on my maxima and the Sunroof is leaking. Is there another kit for the rubber around the sunroof or something. Also it does feel like the sunroof is getting slower.
