Tokico Illumina's settings

really stupid question, I've had these things for a long time they are five way adjustable, 1-5

1 stiffest or 5 stiffest

On my KYB AGX's, (1 out of 4) 4 was the stiffest.

But can't you just drive around the block on 1 and then on 5? You should be able to feel the difference between the two.

They are 5 stiffest, 1 softest.

Cool, thats what I figured, Im going to play with that tonight, any 4th gens with suggestions on stiffness?

I have mine 4 front, 3 rear, all preference though. Used to have 3 all around then I changed the fronts, felt better to me :)

Im thinking of throwing them on 5 all around and seeing how that feels.. then backing off as necessary.. I guess I'll post my results

i like 3 all around personally, not too soft not too stiff just right

Wassup2114 Jul 30, 2007 04:50 PM

I have mine on 5 all around, I can't stand body roll.

3 fronts, 4 rears. I've never tried any other setup, this setup handles and rides great.
