How's greddy sound as apposed to stillen?

I have an auto... basically all show, its slow and I dont give a damn about how fast she goes :D But of course even for show car's you need an exhaust, I was thinking about getting the greddy SP catback.. i know its claimed to be really loud. Anyone have pics of the SP on a 4th gen, and any sound clips? or could give me info on how it sounds compared to other exhausts? Thanks in advance!

are you getting a y pipe?

the exhaust is not loud at all with stock y and b pipes.

i have the Stealin exhaust with oem y and b pipes.. has a low growl, not very noticable.

i have been in phils' s/c max which had a y, and greddy full cat back. it wasn't too loud.. but you could hear it.

it didn't sound like a civic with glass packs. :D

it was lower tone. sounded good

the only wav file i have is of a all stillin intake, y, b, and exhaust.

I could be wrong but doesnt "exhaust" usually mean from the cat back? If so the Stillen B pipe is part of said exhaust, no? If this is correct you have Stillen exhaust but no stillen muffler? Or do you have the muffler too?:gotme: I was under the impression that the B pipe was 1/2 the "exhaust" and the muffler was the remaining part. Not trying to flame...just confused.

Kirk

P.S. If you want noise get the Stillen Y, RT cat, and to a custom 3" DUAL cat-back system like I did...Im auto and it sounds SWEET:D

ok..ok.. i sould have said "stillen muffler" instead of exhaust...

i usually just say exhaust.... and i ususally specify if it is a cat back or not.. so opps..

i have a stillen muffler. a stillen b pipe is in storage waiting for the y pipe.. which i am ordering today..:D

If you are just in it for looks, maybe you should just get an universal muffler instead of an exhaust. You will save money and pick which kind of tip you want..

nine7, the new stainless stillen muffler isn't loud at all unless you plan to get a y pipe and or b pipe. The greddy is a full catback and is a bit louder because of that. IMO the greddy look/sound better, but the b pipe portion is known to rust.
