CF hood with hood shocks
 

Finally I found a way to use hood props on my CF hood I drilled a hole where the stock shock would connect to hood and grinded a 1/2 by 2 inch hole in the side of the framing and used a nut and washer that I welded together and a pair of needle nose vise grips to hold it inside the frame. It worked great the hood flys up once its lifted 8 inches.
