APEX'i piggyback computer?

I'm looking for an ECU upgrade for my 97 SE. APEX'i has a piggyback computer that is adjustable for fuel mixture. I'm a little nervous because it us programmable. I also don't know who would install it for me in NJ. I've done all my mods myself, but i don't want to mess with my ECU. Any ideas? Comments? if you haven't seen it, check the APEX'i sight.

I assume you are talking about the Apex-i S-AFC...Well according to Cheston who installed this on his '97, there is no point installing this on your max unless you have a plathora of mods. There were no real gains and basically is useless, unless you like the blue light up screen :D

The ecu clears the reprograming from the Apexi unit once a week. This means you have to reprogram it every week, which sucks.. You better know how to do the programing your self unless you want to go to the tune shop every week.
