The Jackal

This seems like a stupid problem to have but I'm not sure how to get the stock rear speaker grills off so I can drop in new speakers. I have a stock 95 bose setup. Anyone know a quick way. It seems like I would have to take out the whole carpet.

You have to remove the rear seat to do it. I remember the first time I tried to get at my rear speakers, I tried popping the grille up with a flathead and chipped off a corner of it.

yea it is hard to take out the rear deck i did it this weekend

what i did was jus popped off the grill cover....granted they wont stay on anymore but it was an easy solution....then you just need to unscrew the screw that hold on the speakers in
