my car won't go above 110?
 

does someone have similar issue? my car won't go above 110 and when i floored it, RPM's did not go above 5600 around. i have a 99 maxima gxe should i be worried? I couldn't red line at 110 just ohovered at ~5200-5600
can i do something to remove(ex.governor,limiter?), thank you for any input.

i believe it is a governor, not a rev limiter.

i need to fire this governor or whoever is limiting me!
searched around found a how to but page could not be found, my cuz said just cut a wire? read that engine light will be on once uce is mod'd or exchanged with another 99 se or gle model.
