Tranny Swap

I found a doner car I only need the tranny out of it. Is it hard to swap an auto tranny? If it is can someone point me to where I can get some instructions from?

I wish I could . If anyone wants to trade a auto trans max for a 5spd swap hit me up.
I did check the stickies or would a Haynes manual be better suited?

good luck with that, not a huge job but would rather pay someone to do especially in this cold weather.
