Horn won't shut up

So I went to wash my car yesterday and i pulled out of the car wash and the horn started going crazy. It would not stop buzzing and had nothing to do with the stearing wheel. I found two plugs on the horn and disconnected them but what a PITA. Who esle has had this problem?

Just a short, water probably crossed the contacts.

ok, today when i was driving to work i figured out that whatever happend cut out my cruise as well. Should i just get it wet and try to reverse what happened or what. Its all dry under there now and it still won't shut up.

Does anyone know what fuse controls the horn, i found three under the hood labled horn but i don't know what one to pull.

It's fuse # 64 (10AMP) not sure it's under dash or under hood fuse box. You can also pull out the horn relay located in the relay box near the battery. The relay or trouble in the relay box could be causing your problem.

Pulling either of these will definitely stop your horn.

If it is dry, and still makes noise, I am going to say it is you relay. Check the box by the windshield wiper fluid.

Mine would go off on it's own, turns out the steering wheel portion caused some sort of problem, I would have to press the horn to get it to stop. It only did this about 3 times ever.

I kinda figured that when both went out at the same time. How many relays are there for the horn and cruise and how do you check them to see if they are ok. I think that somehow the ground wire is being grounded before it come back to the stearing wheel but how would this happen and how can i fix it.
