CT Need Help

Ok so for the first I look at my belt and its on its last legg -

I wanna kno I do I take it off and also my car sounds like its taping from where the cams are but it doesn't do it all the time

VG30 was a sohc engine in the 2nd and 3rd gens.

The taping noise is your timing chain tensioner not holding enough tension on the chain. Replace to stop noise.
