Tranny makes sounds after rebuild.

I just had a rebuld on my tranny i got a 98 se with 140k miles on it. i had a oil leak at the front end so i figured might as well get it rebuild the sound are as following
1. when switching from park to read it makes a lill " TICK"
2. when switcing from rear to drive " i get a lill TICK and a KICK"
3. when i drive and let go of the gass it get a lill " tick " before i can feel the car acsellerating again.

also after the first gear the car makes a lill jerk

but other then that the transmission runs great and i still have 5 month waranty on re rebuild.

noises are pretty difficult to diagnose over the internet. Try taking it back to wherever/whoever rebuilt the tranny and let them hear it.

the solenoids engaging for each speed being louder than usual, to the point you can hear it?

Your best bet is to take it to another shop, have them "diagnose" it for you, and then go to the original shop you had the work done at and see what they say it is. If it's not right and you payed to have the work done, why are you asking the .Org and not the shop that did the work?

I can hear a click when changing from neutral to drive or reverse but it doesnt sound like metal clanking.
