i need help with projecor mod *PIC's*
 

iight well what i have is a set of projectors from a 99 audi a4....there not the ones that move......so my question is.... (can i just mount the projector in my headlight and put my regular light inside or do i NEED HID.....i mean i will buy some bright bulbs but i dont have any money to get hids.. ....here is what i have...ill post pix in an hour

For the best output the HID kit would be very useful. Doing a projector retro without having an HID kit doesnt seem to click for me. but im curious to what people have to say.

Post pics of the projector and i can tell you what they are.

using halogen bulbs in those projectors is retarded, they wont even fit inside the socekts correctly and will flop around in the projectors.

Get HIDs or don't bother doing it.

you dont need hid for projectors. example: 3000gt.

Depends on the projectors. Some did use halogen bulbs however the ones the the OP states that he has require a HID bulb to fit into the socket.
