Inexpensive interior light mod!

After searching forever for what kind of bulbs I had on the interior of my 95 SE, I gave up. I was never going to find colored bulbs, and I wasn't about to paint the bulbs I had in there. So I figured this out. Ready?

Get a translucent plastic school folder from Wal-Mart or your favorite school supply store in whatever color you want your lights to be. Take out the lenses inside the car, cut out squares to fit perfectly inside of them, insert folder, put the lense back on, ta-da! Colored lights. Mine are blue, they've been like that for months, absolutely no signs of fading or burning or anything. I suggest everyone who wants colored bulbs inside do this.

Peace!

I wish I had pics, I have no digicam yet. Just the regular folder...hold 'em up to a flashlight in wally world to see what the color will be before you buy 'em. (even though it's not like a big purchase...)

I feel like I've finally posted something relevant. Hope it works out for ya!

Peace
