Smog Suggestions & Y-Pipe Question (CA)

In an attempt to get my car to pass smog I had the two gaskets replaced on each side of the catalytic converter to fix an exhaust leak, and all 3 O2 sensors replaced.

My emissions results went from:

15 mph:
HC: Meas: 71 Max: 55
CO: Meas: 0.29 Max: 0.50
NO: Meas: 1851 Max: 437

25 mph:
HC: Meas: 21 Max: 39
CO: Meas: 0.18 Max: 0.48
NO: Meas: 1339 Max: 724

To:

15 mph:
HC: Meas: 20 Max: 55
CO: Meas: 0.02 Max: 0.50
NO: Meas: 0836 Max: 437

25 mph:
HC: Meas: 17 Max: 39
CO: Meas: 0.02 Max: 0.48
NO: Meas: 0523 Max: 724

I have an aftermarket y-pipe without the pre-cats. If I drive my car for 20-30 mins. to get the main cat warmed up would this have any chance of lowering my NO value by 400ppm?

I have the stock y-pipe but it's really beat up (the flex is completely detached at one end and there are small holes on the side). Is there any merit to switching out the aftermarket y-pipe for the stock one for the smog test? Would this get me to pass?

If anyone has any advice or suggestions I'd be glad to hear them.

Thanks
