wiring up a 2001 ASCD to a 98 SE
 

OK here is my secret project, im swapping in a 2001 steering wheel, 2001 guage cluster and i want my cruise control to work, so far im 50% on the steering wheel, i have full function on the stereo controls (2002 pathfinder), but i cant get the cruise to work.

i have a 2001 ASCD(cruise control) module and the wiring seems pretty straight forward but im having trouble getting the cruise control light to kick in on the guage cluster.

on the 2000 and up the cruise control is (ALWAYS ON) so i need to get this to happen, ill put up the wiring diagrams later tonight.

anyone wanna jump in?

check that thread out... i believe hes got your answer in there. i remeber there was an issue with the cruize and he figured it out pretty easy... hope that helps but not promising anything! lol

i posted some in that write up as well, its different because im using the actuall sterring wheel from a 01, so that changes things some. but thanks :cool:
