I thought my post went though, but I guess it didn't. Hope this works this time. I'm trying to help a friend out he's in trouble. Car randomly stalled twice and while smoking first under passenger side of hood. Checked the coolant and it's good. It's now super cold out here and brought to mechanic and he says everything is fine after he test drove it. Scared to go on long trips as this happened twice now and had to be towed twice? Any ideas please?
