for me to give up my max. i just spent over 2,000 on repairs body work and paint. i've never spent so much time on any car in my life, mods, cleaning, repairs, you name it. i love my 95 gle, there's not another one like it and i thank maxima.org and its members for inspiring me to keep her and im glad i did!!! cheers!!! If half the 4th gen page had maximas that clean, we would never sell them either. lol

this is a direct result of thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours keepin her clean. i can't tell you how many times i've been hit and i fix it every time. i've never loved a car as much as this one, the color, style, interior, stereo, you name it. my next car will be another 4th gen, no doubt. thanks :cool:

Personally I could never justify spending that much on my maxima since I only paid 1000 for it. I would just get another 4th gen. Which is exactly what I'm doing this weekend

Which is why I keep mine around.

This is the exact reason I spent $5K on mods last summer (new LSD trans and mods) and this summer I'm build my DE-K turbo..another $5K worth....I just love this car as well...Clean ride man..

so 5k for mods + 5k for turbo +1-3k value of your car, don't you wish you had a better platform? Like a g35 for example?

Some just like the Maxima better I know I do, and more of a Wow when you smoke em, like Fcuk what was that a Maxima....:vqman:

I know the feeling. Dont get me wrong, I love the maxima as much as the next guy on this forum.

Boils down to different strokes for different folks. I would end up with a 10k G35.

2009 Chevy Cobalt Turbocharged
1998 Accord LX
2003 Mazda 6
2005 Jetta

All of the cars had manual transmission.

The G35 and reaaaaaal close man. That was fun :D. The 5th gen would be second. Accord LX third.

But none of them made me wanna sell or get rid of my 4th gen. There really isnt another car like it. Some come close but better??? Im still waiting.......
