Valve ping'ing a'little>>>>>
 

Hey all I dunno if this is the prob, but I hear a little tappin in the valves and I was wondering if its like an Honda,, where the MAX'es needs ever valve adjustments or not?? I hear a little ping,, but not bad to where its knockin and no the oil is not low. :)

The Maxima has a bucket and shim setup. Adjustment is possible, but not reccomended. Maxima engines do make slight valve ticking noises, this is perfectly normal.

Yea at idle ?? mine does alot at idle if you get out and stand next to her ??
