What's the name of this part?

I jacked my car up to find out why I am having steering issues and this is what I found on the driver side. It doesn't look good and to my untrained eye it looks snapped. I am having trouble IDing this part though. At first I thought it was an outer tie rod but from doing research it looks different from the other outer tie rods I've seen. I am also assuming this is why the auto shop was unable to give me a proper alignment???
When I drive over a bump or pothole, the steering wheel mainly pulls to the right. Once this part is ID'ed I can go from there in regards to repair.

Buy them in pairs and replace both sides.

I was afraid I would have to do the other as well but it's not a big issue cause on the same day I'll be installing front struts too!

I'd suggest getting poly bushings to replace them while your at it.

Can you expound on the poly bushings or link me to a source that does?
Thanks

just get OEM nissan sway bar end links and your set. Easy repair.

yea, I already have plans on doing that.

Get the bushings for the sway bar like people have suggested above. I would go MOOG any day before OEM. They are so much beefier. I have had them on few cars on mine and they worked great. I am putting a set on my girlfriend's Maxima this Saturday.
