Dirty UIM coming off for cleaning, what else should I clean while it's off?

I'd been having some issues with mpg and higher than normal NOX emissions. Pulled the EGR tube since they do tend to get clogged sometimes. After some fighting with it I got it off and almost no carbon buildup in it at all. The intake side of the tube was another story, cram packed with buildup. So it's gonna be coming off pretty soon for some thorough cleaning soon.

Question is is there any suggested mods or anything else I should be cleaning while it's off? Whatever I can get to and clean on the LIM is a given but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything that's more convenient to do with the UIM off.

Contemplating doing the 00vi swap since the intake's going to be off anyway. Probably a stupid question but is it safe to do with over 226k on the engine?

Reseal your valve covers if they leak (the rear one more specifically).

If you are going to take your UIM off anyway, you might as well replace the knock sensor.

Knock sensor is located under the LIM.

UIM got taken off and cleaned last weekend, there was hardly any buildup in it. This motor is frickin clean. Hardly any buildup in the UIM or EGR tube. Insane for a stock motor with over 226k on it! MPG is better in first half tank, second half tank crappy mileage made up for the good mpg on the first half. I guess next is new egr and cat.
