I installed a set on my 97 last year. Fitment was ok no cutting or bending required. I found out I had to hand tighten all the bolts on the y pipe first, then tighten down. Rear header was a PITA but I figured as long as i'm in there. The hardest part was getting the heat shield off. I basically unbolted it and folded it in half and hammered it out the bottom. Not like I was going to re-use it.

That's the golden rule to assembling anything....get them all started then tighten them down!!!!!
