Odometer and Tachometer Stopped Working

Does anyone know how I can fix my 1995 Nissan Maxima's non-digital odometer and tachometer that has all of a sudden stop working? It's not allowing my vehicle to add up my current mileage. Could it possibly be a bad fuse? Any help is well appreciated.

You wouldn't happen to have the check engine light on with error code P0500? This means a bad VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) that is in the transmission.

There is a fuse (# 13) that supplies power to the instrument cluster and the VSS and other related things. Fuse # 13 is a 10 amp fuse in the dash panel to the left of the steering column, middle column, 2nd from the bottom. If you have the decal on the cover, it is called "METER".

^ Another clue is if your cruise control no longer works, then your VSS has gone bad, which affects the ODO and TACH.
