It's Official: No More MOOG Problem Solver LCAs
Direct from Moog........ for 4th Gens
Too bad, they were made really well with nice ball joints that had grease nipples and quality bushings. Made rebuilding the originals too much work when you found a good deal on these online.
Now it's other aftermarket brands I don't trust or rebuilding the originals.
Glad I did mine a couple years ago.

Thanks for the update KP. I recently received one of the last right side units.
That only leaves RK for the 97 model. I will miss the problem solver grease fittings.

When I did confirm wiith a call to Moog they were discontinuing these, they said some RKs were still around, but agreed they weren't the same quality.
What that means is anybody's guess. Maybe the RK LCA is the same part but the ball joints and bushings are lower quality. I don't know. Hopefully, Moog still sells their better ball joints and bushings for a while longer.
My suggestion is to call them directly if your time to replace your LCAs is coming!
What an improvement when I did mine (Problem Solver LCAs) and now with my new totally rebuilt struts and tie rods.... Better than new.
Hope this helps!
