yup. My 95 w cali emissions just passed it's 22 test in a row this year. that number may be off as it may have skipped a year or to in the first 5 years. but for sure the last 18 has been perfect. funny part of the one I did a couple weeks ago. had a rust thru exhaust leak on the Bpipe. I guess the tech didn't notice the roar from that area when it was on the test stand. 95 is a sweet spot as they still do the tailpipe test but it does have OBD2 as well. oh and here are this years results

Please include state in thread people have no clue where this is done.

For instance in new york this isn't done. Just an obd2 check. We are allowed 1 or 2 not readys after a certain age in new york

probably not. note that the test on mine is not at 15 or 25mph but RPM.. at 2500RPM my car would be over 60MPH

My test was in California. I have noticed the tests are different, flynlr. The 15 and 25 mph tests are done on the dyno. I imagine your 2500 rpm test is in neutral?
Keep in mind my 97 is a California spec.

yup actually just in park. they dont have dynos anymore here. .
I should pull up the last cali dyno test done on this car in 2000 to see what it was then. I have the docs buried in a box.
