97 Max, New clutch master, lines, slave, clutch won't disengage
I was out driving and noticed my clutch was feeling odd. When I stop to turn a corner, the pedal went to the floor and I couldn't shift to any gear. The clutch master was out of fluid. I refilled it and after about 10 mins of pumping I got enough pressure to get it home with all gears working. I later found the lower hydraulic line at the slave had bubbled and burst behind the banjo fitting. I replace the clutch master, slave cylinder, upper and lower hydraulic lines and bled it with a vacuum rig and manually but can't get enough pressure to move the clutch fork to disengage the clutch now. I know the master is not blocked because I see the fluid rise in the bowl when I compress the slave cylinder. The clutch fork moves freely with no pressure on it and doesn't when there is pressure on it but not enough to disengage the clutch. I even tried to move the clutch fork with a pry bar with no luck. Is it a bad clutch?
