Replaced Manual Transmission. Won't start.

Hello,
I have a 1996 with a manual transmission.
Transmission bearing failed.
It sat for a year, before I could get a replacement.
I put Sta-ble in the fuel tank.
I replaced the transmission, now it won't start.
It turns over fine.
One sensor is the same from the previous trans and the replacement.
I checked for spark by placing a 1/4" extension in the coil-on-plug boot.
No spark.
I could not find a pressure release valve to check for pressure in the fuel rail.

The other two were on the replacement.

I replaced the bottom sensor, I think it is the Speed odometer/drain plug with the previous one, no change.

ANY suggestions???

Do you hear your fuel pump? Pull the fuel return line off near the fuel filter see if you have fuel returning from the fuel rail! As for spark that's controlled by the forward or rear crankshaft sensor...Pull a coilpack and test for spark or use an old school timing light with the inductive pick up place around the coilpack wiring harness!
Is your inhibitor switch and relay good?

Did you lightly sand the bell housing before putting it back together? If not, your transmission isn't grounded properly. You'll have to run new grounds from the tranny bolts to your battery.

Replaced Manual Transmission. Won't start. Update

Added ground strap from engine to transmission. No change.
Checked all fuses. None blown.
Tested clutch interlock relay. good.
Replaced two sensors on current trans with sensors from pervious trans. No change.
Checked for engine codes. None found.

Do Nissan's have a low oil shutoff?
Will any relays prevent spark?
Any ideas?

Replaced Manual Transmission. Won't start. update_II

I found the problem.
The speed sensor is not outputting a signal.
It worked when I took..it out and tested it.

It may not be working in its installed position.
Or it is not being turned in its installed position.

I will remove it tomorrow and look into the transmission while trying to start it.
