Brake pedal goes all the way down?

I noticed this morning I was low on brake fluid so I topped it off. When the car is off the brake works normally but when the car is on, I am able to press the brake all the way down. Does anyone know what it could be ? I have checked for leaks and none where found.

Sounds like a bad master cylinder.

I looked at mine & also felt around for leaks but nothing :( It looks fairly new as well which was the strange part to me

A "fairly new looking" part can still fail. I agree that it is likely your master cylinder - especially since you are not low on fluid.

It's possible that you have air in the brake lines bleed the brake lines. Than see if that took care of the problem. The master cylinder can fail, but rule out other simple problems first than,Check the master cylinder. It sound like an good old classic air in the brake line theory.

How low was the fluid?

So low that when you hit the brakes you pumped air into the system?

Bleed the whole system including the master cylinder. (two different procedures). Then if you still have a spongy pedal, time for a master cylinder..
