Door light won’t go out

Anybody out there!Went out tonight actually minutes ago.After 3rd ice storm in 5 days wife started car after preying her way in and door courtesy light won’t go out.Dont feel like putting my leg on and go out and screw with it in freezing drizzle.She put the charger on it at 2 amps will that offset power drawn from that small bulb.

Also the security light remains on what would cause these lights to stay on.Sure it has to do with these on going ice storms but logic indicates a stuck switch wouldn’t allow them to come not be stuck in the on position.

Im guessing both courtesy lights remain on, then check the door switches to see if you make them push all the way in. The dome light remains on too?

Turned our one of our local yahoos who are making a habit of coming to our neighborhood ransacking or trying to steal cars for joy rides wasn’t strong enough to break the ice on the passenger side but got it open enough to turn on the lights.But thanks!
