Speakers won't play

I have a 99 Maxima I changed out the radio and now my front speakers are my rear speakers won't play the only thing that will play is the subwoofer what did I do wrong I bought the harness that told me to buy and everything but now my speakers don't work can somebody please help me out thank you

What was the old radio, a Bose or the standard? What did you install? What adapter cable did you get?
