Back seat window won't open
 

My 98 GLE maxima has a problem with the back seat driver side window . It will not open despite the safety lock turned off and the other back seat window opening. I hear it click when I press the window button but no motor sound so no moving the window. Any idea how this can be fixed ? Thanks in advance !

remove door panel, unplug motor, install test light on wires unplugged from motor. hit switch up and down. if lights up in both directions replace motor/regulator.
