clutch questions...
 

I think i might have screwed my clutch up saturday night. I was racing with some guys on a new hichway and started off in a lane that had some tar, whicjh was extremely cold and slick and left the line spinning, and tried to shift to 2nd to get it to catch and it kept spinning. I just stopped the car all together and i knew that the clutch was over heated. Now it is liek right on the top. i think i wanna step up from factory clutchm but i am also on a strict budget. Any ideas? i need a good brand stage 1 clutch-what would be a good one? How much trouble is the install?

The install is fairly complicated - you have to remove the transmission. I recently had mine replaced with an ACT II clutch that I got from Phuong at EatRiceZone.com I love it. It grabs great but does require some gettting used to. Good luck.
