Do the SFCs help in reducing the amount of chassis noice due to the stiffer than stock H&R springs and KYB struts?

yes from what I've heard in thezcarguy's car and dmontzmax it reduces vibrations rattles etc :) guess you'll have to ask them to double check :)

I guess you're experiencing some noise problems with your H&R and KYB AGX combination? I've heard of people discovering that the springs were a little noisy and that spiral wrap took care of it easily.

i just bought spiral wrap from radio shack for 3 bucks yesterday. i am going to put that combo on in 5 days.. ill let u know how it goes.

...of noise from the suspension, but because I'm thinking about how much more the chassis will flex due to the stiffer shocks and struts. My car is stock right now (but I really want to get H&R/AGX) and I already notice a fair amount to chassis flex. I am curious to know if the SFCs alleviated some on this flex and put the work back into the suspension.
