F#$%^& Cat Bolts

Ok I had midas take off the two bolts @ the rear of the cat to get through the rust etc. He put them in, but not tight at all.

I went home and took out the left bolt, and when i get to the right bolt, it won't budge again. I can tighten it about 1/2 turn and retighten it, but no more than that.

help!

Spray on some Liquid Wrench....take a wire brush and try to get as much rust off as possible. If all else fails, cut the things off and get new bolts.
