What's the best way to strip paint from a bumper cover?
 

I'm in the midst of starting a 97+ conversion for my front end, and I'm getting a different color bumper cover. So I wanted to know if there is a good way to strip it before I take it to the body ship to get it repainted. Or am I better off letting them do all that? I don't want to spend more then $150 for the paint job. Thanks all.
