Used to own a Camaro V6. There's a reason I bought a Maxima.

You'll kill him.

if its a v6 camaro, you'll OBLITERATE him. I rented a Miata once and raced against my friend who had a V6 Camaro. Granted, the Camaro was auto, and the Miata was stick, but I still beat him every time. 1.8 liter I-4 vs 3.4 liter v6.

So your Maxima should beat the Camaro, especially since the Camaro is almost 10 years old. Even if you're auto, you should still win.

Please

I raced an late 80's early 90's RS camaro from a 30-40mph roll and he was 5-speed. Gave him the headstart, then I floored it. Walked him each time.

BTW, I'm automatic.

Before I got my 98 SE, I rode it a 96 SE 5 Spd. There was 4 of us (guys) in the car and we raced a late 90's Camaro RS (V6) also 5 spd. He had 3 (2guys and a girl). Off the line we were even but eventually pull on him. So I think you'll do fine but auto is still a disadvantage. Good Luck!

The only way YOUR wrong wheel drive rust bucket will ever beat a maxima is if the max never starts. V-6 and even some V-8 camaro's are slugs. I've seen faster max's here with just bolt on's. If you have an SS, which I doubt since you are posting in an import sight, you should know that your buddies who can only afford $3k pieces of **** are slow as Christmas and that's only if they don't break down or foul a Champion plug.

It's ok jamie

F-body.. you live in NJ.. I think sprintmax/deezo/dmbmaxima/and a whole slew of otherws would enjoy you racing there "wrong drive wheel cars"

Why not try and see if anbody ion the NE forum would like to try you.

BTW if you want to come to ATL and run me or JAIMECBR900 I am sure it would make our day
