CAI Low end or top end
#1
OK - call me dumb but after getting a ticket for 130mph, I am not looking to be doing any crazy high speeds for a while hehe... I am looking to get a Place racing cold air intake, but was wondering, will this be beneficial to me in my '95 se auto... will it add power off the line, or is it more top end? I definately dont need more top speed, but would like it for off the line stuff, etc... any suggestions?

Yeah,
Intake is generally low end, exhaust is typically top end. CAI should definately help you out off the line. If it's not enough throw an ECU or (after christmas) a valvebody recal. That'll be noticeable the whole way round.

Want speed??? then get a UPRD ECU
while the group deal is going on. Go to http://www.maximadriver.com for info....
As for the air intake, there is a debate over the (SI or JWT) actually producing more power in topend.
