Performance--new knock sensor and new plugs...WOW! What a difference!!!

After changing and installing my knock sensor a few months ago, along with 6 new NGK spark plugs, I didn't notice any difference in performance whatsoever. The car seem to perform like normal as if I didn't do anything at all. Well, that all changed until I took the Max on a trip for the 4th of July weekend. WOW! I really felt a difference while driving at high speed on the highway. The "pick-up" was much smoother and more responsive than before. The car was great on gas mileage, also. Before, my car acted very sluggish on the highway. I could not pick up speed, unless I "floored" the pedal. Now, I am very pleased my Max is back to the way I want it, as if the car was new. I highly recommend anybody who is "slacking" upon replacing a bad kock sensor, it is very worhthwhile in replacing it. It wouldn't hurt to change the plugs also. Believe me, you may or may not "feel" any difference, but it does help in keeping the car run like it should be.
