Bought them for $300? Negative, bought them for more than that. The bottom line is, they're not around anymore, if you want to buy OBX go for it, buy you'll spend a lot more than $450.

i dont know why it matters how much BoostedSileight payed 4 them, if u missed on the $300 set, its ur lost and if some 1 is trying to make some money on these then good for them. so asking 4 a prove on how much he payed for is pointless because there are people selling used hotshots for $500 on .org. i know this because i almost bought 1 but i ended up getting a $300 set. so, BoostedSileight's price is a great price for a new set.

and sorry if my commont its not really about me buying the headers BoostedSileight.

I payed over $800 for my Cattman headers a month ago or I would be buying these myself or at least trying to. Now with that said, good luck with your buy and receipt. i just ment that it doesnt mather how much he paid for and even if he did paid $300. its still a good deal and if he wants to make money from it then so be it. just like Snolife said the next best thing is cattman which is gonna coast u at least $800 and eventhough there is no more HS they werent that cheap themselves to begin with. i wasnt trying to bark at any1 so sorry if i was a little harsh.

Hahahahahha, you Max guys are crazy. Anyway, I can honestly say I didn't buy them when Hotshot was going out business, I paid $450+, no joke. I can get a receipt from the shop that sold them to me but I'm not going out of my way to prove how much I picked them up for.

I think I have a local buyer already picking them up, he didn't reply in this post so I should know by the end of today. I told him $400 picked up, so if it falls through then I'll let you know, "the law".

here is another reason y i think he payed more then $300 for them, i just got mine and i payed $300 and its not coated. i looked around and people who bought the headers when they were cheap didnt get the coated 1 but BoostedSileight's is coated.

Bingo, as Hotshot was selling the rest of their inventory, they were taking shortcuts by not coating a lot of their parts which saves a lot of $$$, hence why they can sell them for less. Mine were bought in the middle of last year, just never got a chance to install them, wrapped the Max on a tree and that's the end of that.

As far as I could tell, they did have coated ones they were selling for the $300 price tag, it's just that when those sold they weren't going to get the remaining uncoated ones coated. When I ordered mine Hotshot wrote me back and told me that if I didn't want one since they didn't have anymore coated ones that they'd refund my money. I took them anyway, who cares if they aren't coated right?


$450 is still a hell of a deal though.

I never said anything about PMing him first. If he had stated that it was a first come first serve basis, I would have already sent him the money. How would I know that he doesn't do dib? Also if you did talk to him first he wouldn't have answered my PM saing that I had posted about the price/receipt/dib then after you sent him a PM.

Also you might want to re-read your comments that you made before. Lets say "you did talk to him first through PM", and I didn't know about it, your comments that you posted made it seem like you were gloating about it and making it seem like you were rubbing it in and being an a$$hole about it.
