No I'm sorry it does not come with a filter. Can someone here on the org chime in to see if this fits a 3.0 Maxima?

How about mounting hardware like bolts, nuts and screws? Also, how much to ship it to 89031?

Sorry. No mounting hardware. A rough guess on shipping, around $30 or so. I would have to take it to UPS and get it weighed.
