Hopefully i'll have this on Saturday.....

2003 Nissan Maxima SE
Sheer Silver w/black cloth
6-speed
Titanium Package
Painted Splashguards
Moonroof
Wind Deflector
Helical Limited Slip Differential

i left a $200 deposit for them to locate a car. I am waiting for an update phone call this afternoon. i hope they find one close. $200 over invoice.... decent deal IMO. What do you think?

:D

SportyMax2002 Aug 22, 2002 09:27 AM

I didn't think that you could get the slip differential with the 6 speed, but so far you have a good deal...mine was around 25, with pretty much the same options as you.:D

Ok, now this has truly become...

You can only get the HLSD on the 6spd.

leather is the best, looks way better than crapy cloth, feels good, and it is sportsy and luxurious

leather is for people trying to impress others, there's no need for it. its hot in the summer and cold in the winter, sticks to your legs and makes you slide around on fast curves.

Depends what cloth we're talking about.

Besides, have your tried parking your leather seat-equipped car in 100 degree heat then ride on it? If that's luxurious for you then be my guest ;)

Leather feels great and looks better. You can use the AC in the summer and the heater in the winter. As for sliding, get a racing seat unholstered with leather... mmm mmmm!

Ummm... real sports cars DO have leather... seen a Porsche w/o leather? How about a Lambo? NSX? Yeah, they come with leather. The Maxima isn't a sports car, but it is a pretty damn fast sports sedan.
