Stupid n00b question: Do they make 2002 GXE's?
 

Some guys are having an argument about it on another board and I want to fly in there and drop some knowledge bombs on all of them.

So, do 2002 GXE's exist... I always assumed they do.

Yes, they do exist. Saw one on sale for $20K here at a local dealership.

Checked on nissandriven.com and they do make the GXE for 2003 so I'm assuming 2002 had them as well.

Yeah they do exist...just go to www.nissandriven.com to show them proof. It is really rare to find them though. I am guessing more than 90% of the 2k2 Maximas are SE's and GLE's. The dealership I bought the car from wasn't even receiving any shipments of GXE's. (this was after we made the deal..so it wasn't like they were trying to sell me a higher trim)

I was told that there is 2002 GXE's, but they dont come with the manaul option anymore.

5% of them are GXEs and none of them are manual.

Who has the production number that was released a year ago for the trims? I swear it said something like 8-10K of all Maximas were going to be GXEs and 20K for SEs and GLEs.
