Re-Considering buying HID's can someone give me some tips, cant find anything...

Hey guys, I think I'm gonna go all out and get some hids for maxine, i'm pretty fed up with spending mad amounts of money on trying out different kinds of bulbs with no end in sight :(

I tried searching for the how to's but theyre all gone because of the hid thefts :(

ANyone know where I could pick up the chepaest pair of hid's for my 2k. About how complicated is the install? Any help really appreciated.

well the cheapest HID's you can probably get are from Freddie (97GLES). He sells' the Hannabi kit. Check out the GD forums..They have the 7K, 7500K, 8000K. I have the 6K in my headlights and fogs and they are basically pure white and dumb *** bright :-)

Damn. Then there must be something wrong with me.. I remember spending back then like $385 for the Headlights HID and for the Foglight HID's. That's like almost $800

Get night blindness. Then realize with HID you CAN drive at night safely. Then tell me they are not worth it.

I just wish there was a more plug and play method to get HIDs into the H3 foglight assemblies. I would be all over it. Wiring is no biggie, but forcing in a light at the risk of breaking it... :( :bawling:
