Check Out Cattman's GD on RSB. $110 SHIPPED!!!

Hey guys,

I just found this Group Deal on Cattman's Progress RSB.
I ordered one from them a few weeks ago and just received it last week. :D

I just wanted to bring it to the attention of people looking for an RSB.

How is the quality of the Cattman RSB in comparison to the Addco & Stillen??

I have not had first hand experiance with the Addco and Stillen, but it is a very high quality bar. Powder coated bar and zinc plated hardware.

Quality of the cattman bar is very good. Solid steel weighing about 15lbs. Comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. The car feels much stiffer.

With this bar you will have to remove(permanently) the steel bracket the protects the ABS wire along the top of the trailing arm and you will also need washers to space the the parking brake cable from the trailing arm.

Other than that its been holding up good.

I chose this bar over the Addeco because I have read about fitment issues with the Addeco and also it coming with the wrong hardware or missing hardware.
I have not installed it yet because it has been too damn cold up here in MA to even attempt to put it on, even with my garage. I'll probably wait a few more weeks or so until I install it.

I had a really good buying experience from Cattman. It was at my house within 5 business days.

Here's how I addressed the spacer issue....

I used a #10 screw from Home Depot (it's smaller than the 6mm screw that was in the hole), #10 washers, and #10 nuts. Basically, I installed it like this:

Screwhead-nut-washer-emergency brake cable-washer-nut-nut-washer-trailing arm-washer-nut. It has to be done for both sides of the car.

Here's a pic of it on the car
