What are the 2002 SE's selling for?

I have my 2002 Maxima SE for sale. I am asking $18900 and book is over $20K. Does anyone know what they are selling for? Mine is a base SE with almost 25,000 miles. I love the car but need a truck more.

I drive by a dealer every day on my way to drop the kids off. They still have 3 2002 SEs on the lot. All are new (under 1k miles anyway), have some extras, still have full warranty, and all are listed below $20k.
