100° today--where's the air?
 

my '03 maxima's a/c is not meeting expectation. the outlet temperature gets down to about 46-48° which is a maybe just a bit warmer than expected--but it takes a long time before it gets down there, maybe 10 minutes. my wife's car has the same same freon but runs 40° at the dash ducts even when it is 100° ambient. what do you think, trouble?

I belived it was from the black dash and the black paint on my car. Im just going to tint the front window 50%

The dealers do A/C diagnostics for about 25 dollars i think...
or u can do it for free, im scared to go in :(

I don't think it's the color... my glacier/frost '03 SE is about as light a combo as there is! I thought I maybe had an underfilled system, but maybe not.
