Wheel & Tire Help 18's or 19's

I was thinking of going with 18's but I put some 20's on my ride this weekend and they looked sweet, but way to heavy and probably not good in the long run.
So I am now considering 19's. Do you all think I will have problems with 19's staying close to the 45mm offset?
I also wanted to get 235/35/19 tires. I do a lot of city driving which has the occasional bumps and pot holes. If 19's will cause me problems I will go with 18's.

Last question what tire would you all recommend around the $180 range?

Do you all have pics of your ride with 19's?
Oh I am planning to lower my ride with Koni adjustables and Tein springs.

I think if you go with Tein springs and 19's the ride will be pretty rough since you won't have much sidewall. I'd go with 18's if you install Teins.

You can get a pretty decent tire for $180, check out tirerack.com

Good luck

Thanks for the input.

Anyone else have 19's? If so what suspension setup are you running? Are you happy with the ride?

kloogy has 19's, pmas76 has 19's, there are quite a few others, though i can't think of them offhand.

I had 19"s and I hated the ride quality. I was also on Ground Controls and stock struts, so you can only image how horrible it felt. I've had 18"s ever since.

See page two of my homepage for a really crappy pic. :)

Nice ride, I think I am somewhat convinced to change back to 18's to be on the safe side. But when I put those 20's on my car, that SH*T looked bad azz.
